Terms & Conditions
All orders must be accompanied by a deposit, name, address and phone number.
Deposits are non-refundable
Balance to be paid in full 1 week before delivery or collection.
Quoted cake price is valid for 1 month after date of consolation.
All stands must be booked and deposit paid in advance of delivery or collection.
All stand must be returned within 3 days of wedding date or an extra charge will be added, any damage will be charged at the cost of replacing the item.
Delivery and set-up charged must be paid in full.
All colours will be matched as close as possible to the colours provided but please remember it is not always possible to get an exact match.
Ribbons, boards, stands and flowers may be changed at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
Any damaged caused after collection or delivery are not the responsibility of the Danes Bakery.
Delivered cakes must have a table and clean linen ready when we deliver. If tables are not ready your cake will be left with reception staff to set-up for you. (Tables must be level and large enough and sturdy enough to bear the weight of the cake)
Please note supports are used in tiered cakes; please ensure they are removed when serving.
Non-editable decorations need to be removed before serving.
All hired items must have all charges paid in full before delivery or collection. Deposits must be paid. Please not failure to pay all charges may result in your items not being delivered or items may not be available for collection.
All our cakes are handmade and may have slight variations.
